Geographic Focus
We focus on thoughtfully designed luxury villas in Antiparos (The Cyclades), commercial assets in central Athens, and high‑end residential developments in premium Athenian suburbs such as Paleo Psychico. We will be applying this targeted, high‑value strategy for a luxury apartment project in northern Athens that we are currently contemplating.
Early Beginnings in Athens
Our activity began in the late 1980s with a luxury apartment building in Paleo Psychico, an up-market suburb situated 6 kilometers north of Athens. The 1,000 sq. meter property has been renovated multiple times and remains a premium residential asset, partially leased to long‑term tenants.
Expansion to the Cyclades
In the early 2000s, we developed a three‑villa compound on a 6,000 sq. meter plot in Antiparos, a destination favored by high‑income travelers from the US and Europe. Following its sale in 2017, we reinvested in a new two‑villa luxury complex on an 8,200 sq. meter estate, featuring landscaped gardens, outdoor living areas, and private pools.
One villa was sold in 2020. The second operates as a luxury short‑term rental and is positioned for sale to support upcoming development initiatives.
Commercial Portfolio
We manage an 800 m² office building in northern Athens, acquired in 2007 and renovated in 2008, 2016, and 2023. Fully leased to a stable tenant base, the asset delivers attractive, tax‑efficient returns and is now offered for sale to support capital redeployment into new projects.
